Yuki was a hyperactive and troublesome girl, and what seemed to make her a little crazier was a ninja by the name of Shikamaru Nara, the very unenthusiastic and sometimes lazy.

She decided to take a stroll through the village to see if she can wreak some havoc. After passing Sakuara and the others, who dismissed her she walked out of the village and started up a hill where there were a few trees and a few other people.

Once she got closer she noticed a few friends of hers and stood next to them. She then noticed him and became her more troublesome and hyperactive self.

Shikamaru saw he and let out an annoying grunt and went back to talking to Ino and Choji, and looking at the clouds. How Shikamaru hated women, he thought they were all bossy and a pain. There was also a certain way they had to act.

"Hello Shikamaru how are things today?" Said Yuki who was now standing in front of him almost bouncing with excitement.

Shikamaru grunted and looked back to the clouds."Don't you have anything better to do Yuki?"

"No actually."

"Well first off stop bouncing in place women shouldn't act like that." Yuki stopped and glared at him. Shikamaru smirked he couldn't help but think she was cute.

That was the other side of him the one who wanted to settle down and have children; he hoped he would find someone who wasn't like his boss of a mother. It just so happened he was surrounded by those then realised he was staring at Yuki's face, she was now sitting at his feet.

He noticed that he had been thinking about her quite often while watching the clouds go by. Heck whenever he'd taken naps she'd be in his dreams staring at him with her one grey eye and her one brown eye. Why he remembered that one thing about her he didn't know.

"Earth to Shikamaru," said Ino nudging him in the side, He turned his attention to her.

"Yes," he said slightly annoyed that she broke him out of her thoughts.

"Why don't you tell her already?" She whispered in his ear, Shikamaru looked at Yuki who was still talking to Choji then looked back at Ino.

"Ino," he whispered, "how did you know?"

"By the way you look at her and the fact that you just told me. Plus she really likes you that's why she always acts the way she does."

"Yuki," Shikamaru spoke up, "can I talk to you?" He said sitting up and then standing.

Yuki's heart was racing as he helped her up, "sure thing."

They ended up a few feet away before Shikamaru looked at her. "Yuki I know I haven't been so nice to you."

"Don't apologise your like that to every girl." This caused a smile to appear on his face.

"Well I want to someday raise a family with you Yuki. You see you've been on my mind a lot lately and I know you like me so..."

He was stopped by Yuki kissing him. He smiled when their lips parted. They held hands on the way back; Ino wore a big smile on her face.

a/n: I know this is incredibly short, I wrote this for someone ages ago, can't remember who though. The Naruto anime / manga is something I didn't / still don't know much about, thus not super long and kind of rushed.
