Okay so spoilers for anyone who didn't watch the second season! You have been warned!
Just a short drabble thingy...
XD This was written like 2 in the morning and I am re-reading it the morning after. I tired to add a bit to it c:

"I'll launch fireworks again with you someday. We will. We will do it together right here. I promise."
For some reason that was all Rivalz could think about as he gazed up at the starry night sky. Why was he thinking of what his old friend had told him many years ago. The once school boy was now a full-grown man with a family. He had pushed Lelouch into the back of his mind, hoping to forget about the raven and the memories that followed. The blue haired male didn't want to think about all of his old friends and the fun things they used to do back at Ashford academy. Back when life had been so simple and care-free. Rivalz sighed as he rolled on his side.
He was laying in his backyard, thoughts keeping him from going back inside to sleep. He had put his children to bed hours before and left his wife to drink tea by herself. The man wondered why Lelouch had become so evil before "Zero" killed him. Why didn't the teen tell Rivalz that he was a prince. He could have kept the secret or at the very least help out his friend. That way maybe the raven wouldn't have become so vile.
"Can't sleep?" A soft voice chuckled.
Rivalz was relived to her the voice of his wife, Milly.
After everything slowly began to become better, Rivalz had been able to make his moves. Loyd didn't have any problems with it and so the two had gotten married. They even had two children, both girls that look more like Milly then Rivalz.
"Nope." Rivalz answered with a yawn.
Milly laid down next to the male and stared at the sky, making out constellations.
"Hey Milly?"
"Hmm?"
"Do you ever wish you could go back to when we were all young and happy?"
The woman frowned. "We are happy now. That is all that counts right?"
"Still...don't you miss Lelouch, Shirly, Nina, and Rolo?"
"Of course I do but you can't read the next chapter in your life if you keep re-reading the old one."
"Very wise." Rivalz snickered.
Milly smirked.
"Well do you remember that promise Lelouch made us? How we would all set off fireworks again someday?"
"Oh that was such a sappy moment~"
"I am serious!"
"Fine...Yeah I remember." Milly muttered.
"I wish he kept the promise."
There was a sudden Boom! Brilliant lights bursted in the night sky. There were above the Ashford Academy. Milly had been determined to live close to the old school. So they could see if from their back yard in the distance. Milly and Rivalz looked up in awe.
"L-Lelouch?" Rivalz stuttered in shock.
His wife only smiled. What a 'unlike Lelouch' thing to do but she could imagine the raven standing on the roof of the school shooting off rockets with their other fallen friends.
"I guess he kept the promise after all."
