P.O.V. Annabell
I sat outside the school, sitting on a curb, waiting for Ironhide to arrive. I had missed my bus and was miles away from home. I looked down and brushed my blond hair behind my ear. Where could Uncle 'Hide be?
Minuets later I heard an engine rumble. My little 6 year old body jumped up. I was expecting to see a black truck and 'Hide, but instead I got an officer in a police car. He rolled down the window and leaned over the passengers seat
"What are you doing out here alone little one?" He asked kindly.
I walked up to the car and looked at the officer "I missed my bus and am waiting for my uncle..." I looked down; ashamed.
He smiled "I know you... aren't you that Lenox kid?"
I smiled "Yah! My daddy is a captain in N..." I covered my mouth, knowing I was about to tell the officer the big secret I was told. I saw the officer's smile turn into a crooked grin, his brown eyes turned blood red
"That's just what I wanted to hear" Suddenly he opened the door, I screamed as everything went black
P.O.V. No one
Barricade hoped out of his form and put the Lenox girl in the back. He then deactivated his holoform and sped down the road, driving out to the desert...
