Haruka Nanase never felt more content than today, stretching his arms and legs as he got out of bed grabbing his swimming equipment and walking out of his front door, gliding his fingers through his dark hair.
He walked along the sidewalk watching as the sun glistened down onto the pavement, spreading its rays across the large blue skies. He grinned slightly as he anxiously gripped his bag tighter, Yes, today would be a great day for swimming. To Haru, swimming was his life, his soul. Swimming was his element of peace and fulfilment in his life, and he couldn't wait to swim again. However repetitive his days were, he couldn't wait to practice swimming again today.
"Haru!" He heard a familiar voice call his name.
It was his green haired friend said as he approached Haru from behind. Makoto was his green haired friend he'd had since childhood, he was so annoying but he was always there for him. Every single second of his life. Makoto was Haru's shoulder to lie on, he was his sun and his happiness. Haru was really glad he had a friend like him.
Snapping back to reality he heard his green haired friend mumble."It's a great day today for swimming, right? I know you're excited!" He said again fanning himself with his shirt slightly revealing his chest. Haru averted his eyes from his green-haired whilst nodding.
"Too hot, I'd say... Haru, aren't you going to remove your shirt? I know I am." He said, grinning happily. Oh his smile, was so nice.
"No thanks." Haru said laughing inwardly at his friends' funny affection.
"Oh look-! Its Nagisa!" Green haired grinned happily waving to his other yellow haired friend. "Haru! Makoto!" Nagisa jumped happily in joy as he saw them approach him.
"Oooooh! Makoto! Stripping already!" Nagisa exclaimed. He was another of Haru's childhood friends. When he was younger, he was always alone. We were all put together by swimming. There was only one missing, and it was Rin. Rin... Haru scowled thinking about him. Why did he have to leave? As children, there was four. Four friends now dropped to three.
Snapping back into reality Haru scowled inwardly at Nagisa's shimmering eyes that were slowly drifting up and down Makoto's body. Haru had always had suspicions of Nagisa's sexuality but never commented on it. Makoto caught sight of Haru's frown and started to laugh. It was only until he stopped laughing, he noticed something was not right.
Quickly and suddenly Haru noticed that the streets were deathly quiet. Something wasn't right. Something out of the corner of Haru's eyes caught his attention. He instantly turned around, his eyes widening.
A poster laid on the ground with a young man on the cover, his face obscured with his red hair.
It read, "WANTED. Murderer lurking streets, beware."
Haru stood there in shock just staring, his mouth gaping. He had felt as if time had stopped. His eyes widening each second, he coudnt believe the site that lay before him.
"Haru? Haru?" Green-haired turned around looking worriedly at Haru.
"What are you lookin'- Oh…"
"It looks strikingly like..."
"Sharp teeth and all.." Nagisa said.
