Thalia Grace's Story
I watch the surrounding
I let myself be free
Peaceful and Cunning
The Mistress of Moon and Hunt
I watch the Olympians
I wondered who the next Lieutenant will be
Surprise filled me
I said my pledge long ago
"I pledge myself to the goddess Artemis, I turn my back to the company of men, Accept eternal Maidenhood and join the Hunt"
I said the oath
I broke it after the Second Titian War
For the Underworld prince
The only living child of Hades
I held his hand and broke the oath
My breath became shallow as I died
A blinding light appeared
As Zeus, my father came
"Thalia my daughter! As an agreement of the council you will be the minor goddess of the hunt! If you accept?"
Shock ran through me
Leave my prince to die?
Never
"Only if you grant Nico di Angelo immortality too"
I held his hand as strength surged through me
"Already done. Rise my daughter! Thalia, secondary goddess of the Hunt!"
I stood and looked in the mirror
Instead of a frail lady
A strong and young girl stood in my place
My sixteen year old self
The old self I never thought I will ever see again
