She's different from TV. That's the first thing I noticed when I met her. She was always guarded and protective while onscreen, but in real life Katniss Everdeen is broken. Shattered, maybe beyond repair, there may be times when it seems she has the spark back. Like when she mentions rescuing Peeta, I see the fire in her eyes. She is no longer The Girl on Fire, all that's left is a flicker. The world has beaten her down and she's burning out.

I'm surprised they've all made it this long. Haymitch drinks his sorrows away, and Finnick finally went off the deep end. I saw him in that hospital gown begging to go with us to go to District 2. I saw the crazed look that all these victors have. I was scared and uncomfortable. These people are supposed to be the strongest of the rebels. The ones who made it through the Capital's games alive, but I realize they never made it out alive. Pieces of them are still stuck in the arena. All the other pieces died as they killed and killed more and more.

They're broken, just as all our fighters will become. The Capital takes and takes until there's nothing left. Until there's nothing left of us. Of me. My name is Boggs and my story.

A/N: Super short prologue material right here. I really want to continue this because there is barely any stories about boggs. I always wonder what he thought of the victors and his story. So maybe could you possibly tell me how to improve and continue with a wonderful review!
