I shuffled down the street in the pouring rain. I was totally drenched,I had forgotten my umbrella,and was wearing a thin anorak,as i had only packed for light rain because it was mid summer so my clothes were thin and soggy.I had meant to look good looking on the first day at my new school,but that hadn't worked. I slowed down,reluctant to get to school. Suddenly a shiny,blue Ferrari shot past,drenching me in muddy was the final straw.I turned and ran back,my tears mingling with the rainwater.I just wanted to go home,I could have a fresh start sudden sound of a car door slamming caught my attention.I turned to see a boy around my age running through the puddles.
Suddenly he was beside me.I gasped as I took in his perfect flawless skin was almost white,and his hair was light blonde and flopped over his beautiful golden eyes,he looked like a movie was wearing a long coat and jeans,which although simple,fitted him well and complimented him.
"I'm so sorry,mada- are you OK?"His voice was musical and sweet.
"Uh.."I gazed into his eyes,they were like raised an eyebrow,waiting for my response. "Oh,yeah..I guess...yeah.."I muttered.
"Your running late,want a ride?"He questioned tilting the umbrella towards me.
"Yeah..."My day was looking up, hopefully.

He opened the passenger door for me and closed it behind me while I sat on the leather seat and admired the interior. He got in beside me and started the radio snapped into loud indie rock.I recognised it as one of my favourite songs.
"I hope you don't mind the radio..."he said as he began to move the car.
"No."I gripped the side of the seat as he rocketed forwards.
"Are you new here?You don't seem very prepared for the rain."He chuckled and his smile made me feel all fuzzy.I took a deep breath and cleared my head.
"Yes,I came here the weather always like this?"
"I must confess I don't know,I only came here a few weeks ago."
"Oh..."
"Yeah.."I looked away to hide my blush,and stop the awkward conversation.
After a few more minutes of awkward silence we neared the school. By that time the rain had almost clambered out of the car and walked to the closed gate.
"Umm,what do we do?"I questioned,my mum wouldn't be very happy if I was late on the first only just arrived and she wouldn't like me being badly behaved,especially with her new job.
"Its OK,just follow my lead,I'm good at this sort of thing."He strolled right up to the gate and pressed the buzzer.I stared at him angrily,there was no way we were getting out of this one...
After a while we were allowed in,we would have to go to the office though and I wasn't walked up to the desk were a woman with thinning grey hair sat.
"Sorr-"I began before the boy butted in.
"Oh mademoiselle,sorry we are late,we are new here and we got lost.I hope you will forgive us?"He leant over and smiled his irresistible smile before winking smoothly. The woman s eyes widened before a wide grin spread on her thin lips.
"Of course,of course,that's fine!Just give me your names and I will sign you in,no problem!"She gushed happily.
"Beatrice Stone."I muttered
"Logan,Logan Cullen."
