Luke was back I was so happy. I left the hunt and we were happy. shortly after a year i found out he was cheating. I paced back and forth when I saw him and the daughter of aphrodite. I didn't tell him. I don't know why but I didn't. a couple months after i found out I confronted him about her. He denied knowing anything. his angel face appearing. he said he loved me. I looked at him sadly. "Luke this isn't gonna work out between us. That I'm not a princess, this ain't a fairytale. I'm not the one you'll sweep off her feet, Lead her up the stairwell. I loved you luke. but I am not gonna put myself through this." I walk away. Luke doesn't call out for me to stop. I start crying. I walk to zeus's fist and look at the sky. "Father will I ever find love?" I get no response and look back down at the ground the tears coming faster. I cry alone on the rock formation until I can't cry anymore. I walk back to the cabins my mascara running. Annabeth and Percy give me a sad look but I ignore them. I had something good once. I had sisters in the hunt but I left for a boy. Artemis why didn't you kill me. I think to myself and lay down on my bed.
