Summery- Blaine's thoughts when he met Kurt!
R&R- read and review I know it's stupid to explain that but for months I had no idea so for people like me there you go!
Disclaimer- I don't own glee even though it would be pretty cool to own Blaine ;)
I was hanging out with my best friend Jeff and his boyfriend Nick. They were the top couple at Dalton and to tell you the truth it's kind of a downer to hang out with them when you're single. They are constantly touching, holding hands, kissing, or just staring into each other's eyes.
"Guys stop you're making me feel glum." I said slightly pouting. Jeff stopped tickling Nick and looked at me.
"Awe Blainey's feeling neglected." He made a fake kicked puppy expression. "Blaine you seriously need a boyfriend." He said going back to kissing Nick's hand.
I sighed. "I know I'm just waiting for the right person you know?"
"Blaine that's what people say when they are waiting to have sex not have a relationship." He deadpanned.
"You know what I'm not looking for a relationship I'm only a sophomore." Both Nick and Jeff's heads snapped up as I said this. Then out of nowhere they started cheering. "Whoa what am I missing here?" I asked as they calmed a bit. They were both staring at me with goofy grins.
"Do you realize you just said the one thing people say right before they get into a long relationship? I wonder who it will be?" Nick said excitedly.
"Wait you guys think I'm going to meet someone soon because I said I don't want to meet someone?" They both nodded fast. "You're both insane." I walked out of the room confused and annoyed.
I walked down the winding staircase thinking of what Nick and Jeff said. There is no way I am going to meet someone today. Just because they think I am doesn't mean anything. I caught sight of a guy who didn't have his uniform on. He was looking around like he was lost. I tried to go by without bumping people.
"E-excuse me? Can you help me?" I turned and was met with the most beautiful bright blue eyes. However they had sadness in them. "I'm new." he said nervously. I was so distracted by the way he moved his lips I didn't hear a word he said. When he stopped talking I panicked internally and said the first thing I could think of.
"My names, Blaine." I stuck out my hand to shake. God, I'm so stupid! He didn't ask me that! He hesitated but shook my hand.
"Kurt." Did he say Kirk? No Kurt! Oh that's an adorable name. "So what exactly is going on?" he asked.
"The Warblers!" how could he not know? Oh right he's new. "Every now and then they throw an impromptu performance in the senior commons. It tends to shut the school down for a while. "He looked at the people walking in excitement.
"Wait, the glee club here is kind of cool?" I couldn't believe my ears where has he been going to school?
"The Warblers are like, rock stars." He looked surprised. I should show him. I instinctively grabbed his hand. Tingles shot up my arm at the contact. "Here, I know a short cut." I pulled him down the back hallway. He was looking around all over like he was in a palace. When we got to the destination I regrettably let go of his hand.
He sighed. "Wow I stick out like a sore thumb." I looked at him more closely and realized he doesn't have his Dalton uniform. I don't think he is a new student. Hmmm, I'll have some fun first.
"Yeah, next time don't forget your jacket new kid." I smile as his cheeks got red. "Now if you'll excuse me."
