Chapter 1
Good Times?
Naruto was having a sleepover at his house. Boys and girls… "Why girls as well?" whispered Neji. Naruto smiled "We're going to play truth or dare," said Naruto. DING DONG! That must be the girls thought Ryuu (Ryuu is an original character by me Hikuma!) "Ladies," said Naruto. "Hey guys," said the girls at once. At the door were Sakura, Hinata, and Ten-Ten. In the room were Ryuu, Naruto and Neji.
A while later Naruto said "Okay time for truth or dare!" "What?!" the girls screamed in surprise. "Okay, I'll go first," said Naruto "Ten-Ten!" "Truth," replied Ten-Ten. "Do you like someone in this room?" "Yes," she said firmly. Such a childish game thought Ryuu "Ryuu!" He looked up. "Uh truth?" he winced. "Which girl do you like in this room?" she said. "Uh…" Ten-Ten smirked. The other girls looked at him. He had no choice. "Sakura," he said flatly. Hinata looked at Sakura and covered her mouth. The game went on. Every one had confessed their crushes, which was awkward.
The next morning, everyone awoke but Ryuu. They awoke Ryuu. He wasn't very happy about it though. "Who the (censored on the f word) woke me up?! When someone's happily asleep you don't wake them up! What the hell were you thinking?!" he shouted. Sakura walked up gave him a glass of water. He drank it "I'm better," he said. The boys went and got some groceries. The girls made a big breakfast. Today was an ordinary day. Or so they thought…
They decided to take the girls for a walk. They met up with Shikamaru and Temari. Things are going great thought Ryuu. Then he realized he saw smoke. He dashed forward to see, fire. The flames were roaring and big he saw many Konoha ninja dead, some fighting unrecognizable figures. Then he saw one. He wore a forehead protector, the symbol was a skull. Ryuu eyes widened. These "skull" ninja are the ones who killed his family. He saw a katana stabbed into the ground. He bolted for it. The others took action.
Naruto used Rasengan to take one out. Shikamaru threw a kunai, stabbed a guy in the heart, blood began drizzling out, as Ten-Ten thwacked someone over the head with her quarterstaff. Neji dodged ones hit and smacked him right in the heart with his palm, the man collapsed. Ryuu grabbed the sword and sliced some guys arm off, spun around chopped a head off, Sakura picked up a metal pipe and smashed a guys jaw. Ryuu recognized one, the one that killed his mother. It had been 10 years and he still recognized the man. The man was fleeing. Ryuu made many hand seals and said "Lightning Style Thunder Wave!" He horizontally swung his sword. A wave of lightning shot out slashing and cutting everything in its way. The fleeing man was sliced to pieces spewing blood all around. Ryuu sat panting. He walked toward the body parts drowning in their own blood. He saw a skull ninja praying to his family, holding a picture of them in his hand. Ryuu walked up to him. The man was sobbing. Ryuu raised his sword, the man begged for mercy. Shinckk! His head rolled across the ground the look on his face showed of fear and sadness. He flicked the blood off his sword.
When he wasn't looking, three more enemies jumped out of nowhere and grabbed Sakura, Ten-Ten, and Hinata. "Shit!" shouted Ryuu as he leapt after one. A fourth jumped out and hit him on the back of the head with a club. All went black. Some ninja you are Ryuu thought, you got surprised attacked and you're the ninja. Ryuu's eyes slowly opened revealing a white hospital room.
