Chapter one-

A morbid atmosphere filled the small room, it was miserable, dull and lonely. 167 days I had been in the sky box and every day was just as torturous as the next, looking out from the microscopic so called window had pretty much been my only contact with the outside world since I was put in here.

The earth looked beautiful, the colors always moving about and the stars glistened around it. I longed to go down there, or just anywhere but here and from all the books I had read and photos I had seen it looked totally free and exactly where I wanted to go But that was impossible. It was contaminated and no one had been down their for almost a hundred years now it saddened me how such a once beautiful place could be abandoned.

I walked into the bathroom and looked into the partially smashed mirror and did a double take on my reflection, my long dark hair matted and dirty it was over grown and in need of a decent cut but the small braids I had put in kept it out of my eyes for the time being, speaking of eyes; they were rimmed with dark circles from lack of sleep and just made me look worse. I ran the dirty water until I was satisfied it was clean enough and splashed it on my face to try and wake me up a bit.

Not that I needed to be awake for anything I would be stuck in a bloody cell all day. It wasn't much of an improvement but it was better than nothing.

The room was silent the only noise was my feet tapping on the floor out of pure boredom, the walls of the small cell I was confined in were covered in patterns and words that I had drawn with the paint that had been snuck into my room they don't exactly give you things to draw with in here. I had read many books about earth and taught my self whatever I wanted to know.

There was a loud commotion coming from outside but with no windows on the thick metal door I had no idea what was going on. I stood up in an attempt to try and listen to the hushed conversation the two guards permanently outside my door were having. Someone on the other side was opening it, CONFUSED I took a step back and stood there in disbelief whistle someone walked in.

It was Abby Griffin, she had visited me before when I was first placed in here and begged the chancellor to re evaluate my case but he banned her or anyone else from visiting me again, so naturally I assumed she was here with bad news as Channeller Jaha and rejected my change of my crimes being re evaluated and in three weeks I would be turning eighteen and it was surprising I hadn't been floated sooner with all the chaos my crimes had caused but I guess now they had decided to finish me off early.

"We don't have much time, they were going to float you in a fortnight, I convinced them and it was decided you will join the hundred. You need to go with them." Abby blurted out.

"I don't understand Abby you know I was telling the truth please speak to him again." I begged her fearing for my life.

"Listen to me this is your only option, my daughter Clark will be on the drop ship and others you might know. Stay alive I know you will make it."

That was the last thing she said before and pointing to the two guards as they stormed in. Her blue eyes stared into mine- from the bloodshot and puffiness I could tell she had recently been crying. I felt sorry for her as she had lost her husband and was now losing her daughter.

"Where are you taking me" I shouted as the men in uniform grabbed my wrists slamming on a tight wristband and a pair of hand cuffs.

They dragged me out of the door and I tried my best to break free from the iron grip but my thrashing and screaming had no affect. I slammed my self against one of the railings of the ship looking down to see dozens of other people my age, a few I recognised also being escorted to someone unknown.

"W-whats going to happen to me if you send us to the ground we will die." I asked pulling away.

"That's the point, oh and Ryder sends his regards." He sneered laughing at my distress. Just the sound of that name made me shiver. I hopped I would never have to here it again. Was this guard trying to scare me even more? Or was he still alive.

The guard then proceeded to violently grab me by the HAIR exposing my neck before plunging a large syringe into it, my head pounded and my vision blurred. I tried to hold onto the metal of the railing but felt his strong arms pull be away as my legs gave out. That's the last thing I remembered before everything went black...

"They should have killed you for what you did."

When I awoke my head was throbbing and I was in a totally different environment, I was strapped into a chair along with the others teen 'delinquents' that I had seen getting taken out of there cells. Some of them were laughing and chatting and some of them look like they were about to cry I hoped they were just as CONFUSED as me.

From looking around I could tell we were on a ship it was small and cramped and must have been the drop ship that Abby warned me about she told me we were being sent to the ground but if he was being serious then there must be a reason. Was the earth survivable? Or were they just sending innocent kids to die so they could save a few seconds of oxygen?

A boy with shoulder length brown hair started undoing his restraints and floated around the small ship he was laughing and his floppy hair blew around as he moved- I recognised him to be Finn the boy who wasted three months air supply on a moon walk. The waste of air was a bad thing to do I must admit but I bet he had a hell of a time doing it, some people were cheering him on whilst others told him to stop but within a few moment two boys joined him all three of them yelling like idiots.

"If you want to live suggests you get back in your seats." A blonde yelled at them, it was Clark we weren't close but had met a few times before my arrest.

I shuddered as I felt gravity pull me down a long with the boys that were now on the floor, lifeless. Finn however had returned back to his seat just in time after Clark on the other side of the ship had shouted at him. We hit the ground with a loud crash and my head jerked back hitting the metal bar, I let out a quiet groan in pain before unbuckling the seat belt...tricky when you have handcuffs on, and stood up to join the others.

A girl with long brown hair pushed past me and walked over to a tallish boy standing by the exit looking outside. I felt a sudden rush of guilt when I recognised her face she had changed quite a bit since I last saw her, with a beautiful tanned completion and her bangs had grown out making her face look more grown up.

"Bellamy?" She asked turning the boy around and looking at him with sadness in her eyes.

Oh great he was here.

Ok so this is the my first ever proper attempt at doing a fanfic, I know there are tons of good 100 ones out there but I have always wanted to do one too as I love the show so much, if I have made any mistakes just let me know I'm rubbish at spelling and grammar, also please comment/like and tell me what you think.
