The Truth
You know, most people should be aware that I don't own Peter Pan.
The Jolly Roger landed in Neverland after dropping off the Darling children at London. The only being aboard it as the splash resounded was a small fairy. Her companion was oddly not present aboard the vessel.
Moments later, a crocodile climbed aboard the ship. A finely dressed man with long dark curly hair, a mustache and an iron hook where his right hand would be, crawled out of its mouth.
"Where'd he go, Tinkerbell?" he asked her. He went off to change, James. You know how much he hates that leaf costume," Tinkerbell said in surprisingly clear English.
"True," Hook said, turning toward the crocodile, "Good job, Croc! You got everything exactly as we rehearsed it."
He petted its head as Tink asked, "Do you mind if I resize? Being this tiny is very annoying."
"By all means. I was about to get rid of my costume, myself."
Tink grew into the size of an average woman as Hook removed the black wig from his hair and removed the hook from his right hand.
"That's better," he said, that thing gets too warm. "
"I know, love," Tink replied, giving him a kiss.
"We're here!" a boy's voice cried out. Tink and Hook looked up to see Peter Pan, dressed in normal clothes, carrying Princess Tiger Lily to the ship.
"It's about time, Peter," Hook said, "We need to talk about the performance."
"I liked it," Peter said, "Playing the hero is rather refreshing. Still, was it just me, or did me cutting off your hand as the hero seem a bit out of character?"
"Yes, it does, but we needed me to have a reason to hate you, and the hook is my standard prop while in costume."
"True. So, Lily, my love, how was the 'massacre scene?'"
"It actually went really well," she replied, "James and his crew made amazing fake blood and slash makeup. You should have seen the boy's and Wendy's faces. They completely believed it."
"That reminds me, James. That good form ad-lib was pure brilliance. We should try it next time you are cast as the villain. How convincing was I, Tink?"
"You did great, son. Wendy wholeheartedly believed that you were in love with her," Tink replied
"Indeed," Tiger Lily said, "I was starting to get jealous."
"You shouldn't be," Peter replied lovingly, "You're worth more than 80 girls, Lily."
Tiger Lily kissed Peter, as Tink turned to Hook and said, "James, dear, next time you make 'poison', use less sugar. I felt like I was drinking watery sugar, rather than sugary water."
"Sorry, love," Hook replied.
"So, what is the script for the next kid, James," Peter asked, his arms still around Tiger Lily.
"I'm a king who says that anyone who can rescue my daughter (that's you, Lily) from an evil fairy (that's you, Tink) with the aid of the 'Chosen Warrior' (That is who the kid will be) will marry my daughter. Peter, you will play the hero, a young knight who will take the kid on the quest."
"Perfect, we don't need 'pirates' or 'lost boys.' I'll be back soon," Peter said.

In a small house, on an ordinary street in London, Allison Baxter was woken up by a boy dressed in a knight's armor.
"Hello," he said, "I am Sir Peter Pan, and I am in need of thy assistance in an endeavor of great import."
Once upon a time...
