I had a dream that this happened but with different people and I was Sakura (scary I know!) but I wanted to make it into a story so I did I hope that you enjoy it!!
All Sakura wanted was Sasuke, and all Sasuke wanted was to kill Itachi. But when Sasuke left to kill him….he never came back. But Sakura still has hope she knows he would return. He had promised her, but what she's about to find out may cause her to loser hope and her village.
Chapter 1: Nothing madders
"Sakura" came a familiar voice
I turned and smiled at my sensei, but he just starred at me, his eyes showing nothing but sadness and regret. Rain silently fell but it would start to pour soon I knew.
" What's wrong Kakashi?" I asked taking a step forward.
" I…need to talk to you about….Sasuke.
My eyes went to the ground as I remembered the day that he left me…
Flashback"Sakura, I have to kill him". Stated Sasuke while looking into the woods behind me.
" A-and you will! I know you will!" I said unsure of myself.
" No Sakura, I need to kill him…now."
"What? No you can't leave I won't let you!!" I cried holding my hand over my chest.
"Sakura its now or never!! Now get out of my way, and stop being….stop being so annoying"!! He yelled
He then shoved me out of his way and ran into the woods.
End of flashback"Sakura"?
I snapped out of it when Kakashi started shaking me.
"Are you…ok?" he asked gently.
"…No" I then looked into his eyes " what did you want to tell me?"
He looked away starring at nothing unparticular. "We found….him."
"Sasuke? You found him? Where is he? Is he hurt? I squealed with delight at the thought of seeing Sasuke again.
"Sakura…we found his…body.
All the color left my face as I backed away. Images flooded into my head none of which were good.
Flashback
I had finally caught up to him and by this time it was pouring.
"Sakura, go home" Screamed Sasuke as he appeared in front of me.
"NO! I won't, I can't allow you to…to leave me." I looked down averting his glare.
" Don't be selfish! I need to do this you can't stop me"! He then gripped my wrist and jerked me into his face. He firmly placed his lips on mine and looked into my eyes.
I will come back for you Sakura….I promise"
He was then gone, I waited for years, and waiting for the return that was promised, but it never came.
…………………
Sakura-
"No he can't be dead!! He promised to come back he kissed me!! He's not dead!!!" I screamed thinking this was a just a joke and it would be over soon.
"Sakura...he's gone" Kakashi reached for me but I flew back.
I said in a whisper…"no not Sasuke"
I forced charka into me feet and sprinted into the forest tears ran down my face but I kept running. Darkness by now had engulfed me and my jumps were beginning to falter. My chakra was almost gone because I had used too much to get away.
I slowly stopped and sobbed untill I fell to my kness, my damp hair was wipping at my face but I didn't care. My intire body was frozen but it didn't matter, nothing matterd. Sasuke was gone he broke his promise and know he was never coming back. Naruto was killed a year ago so I couldn't talk to him. Ino was in another counrty. I had no one, no one cared about me….
Everyone was dieing, I wanted to die too.
"Sasuke" I wispered
"Sasuke!" This time I yelled
"Sasuke!!!!" I fraintckly screamed over and over untill my lungs couln't expand any more.
" I loved you, you can't leave, you can't leave me all alone!!"
There was then a huge explosion and a strong wind blew me off the branch that I was pirched on.
Wet, tired, and strenghtless I fell to the forest floor with a "thud".
My world plunged into darkness but I heard screaming it sounded close the screams were frantic! But I was soon unconcise so it didn't matter…..nothing….mattered.
