Uo's Song or My Light

Continuing with the Furuba themed songs I've written, here's a song about the relationship between Uo and Tohru and how it gave Arisa the confidence to find her way out of the darkness of her life.

The moment I thought my life was over fate came knocking at my door,

With a bunch of written papers scattered all across the floor,

Because I had you by my side I knew what I had to do.

Stampin' out the darkness can be hard to achieve,

And the stifling black of night can make it really hard to breathe,

Through the pains of their blows I was thinkin' of my life,

Don't care what the punishment – gotta make a mornin' for this night!
