Todd snuck one of the mass transport watches out of the storage area. As he pressed a button, a spark appeared.

"What the...."

Next thing he knew he was in a coffee shop. All around the inside were groups of mimes conversing, in silence.

"Um... where am I?"

All the mimes flinched, and held their fingers to their lips.

"TODD!"

Lance walked in as he heard Althea yell. "What happened?"

"I can't find him anywhere."

Roadblock walked in at that point. "One of the transport devices is missing from the storage room downstairs. It was in there waiting for repairs."

Lance and Althea looked at each other. "Oh no!"

Pietro zipped up. "Hey guys, you gotta check this out. It's Todd and some mimes."

"WHAT!"

"This is Angela from channel 11 news in Bayville. Coming to you live from downtown where a group of mimes and a weird teenager are terrorizing people." Duncan ran by screaming with a mime riding a skateboard latched onto him with a lasso.

"Hold on. Here's someone who might be able to answer this. And you are, sir?"

"I'm the owner of the Mocha Shop. We were all minding our own business when these mimes came in. Then that..." The owner pointed at Todd who was waving a twisty straw in the air and wearing a plastic crown. "Showed up out of nowhere and somehow added something to our latte. Then he convinced the mimes to join him in a drink."

"Did he say why?"

"All I heard, after their eyes started twirling and they started running out of the shop were the words 'I am the Lord of the Mimes! Worship me!"

The Misfits and Joes groaned.

Lance sighed. "Well, we can add a coffee shop to the list of places we're banned from."

Todd roamed in eight hours later with a four hundred pound mime behind him. He and the mime had managed to help everyone else escape the police cordon. Partly because the mime who had been given the nickname Tiny by a drunk sailor with a not really surprising familiar description two weeks prior, had turned out to be a mutant with telekinesis... making his miming a reality. The cordon didn't last long.

"Hey guys! I've got a new member for our team!"
