This is only the second fic I've ever done so I'm a bit nervous about posting It :S

It's just a silly one shot about how Darren would feel if he became the lord of shadows to the lyrics of Alive.

I've been through so much, but I survived. Some times I wonder how


It's been a hell of ride
Destination still unknown
It's a fact of life

I've had ups and downs, but I still don't know where I'm going or where my destiny will lead


If you make one wrong move with the gun to your head
You better walk the line or you'll be left for dead

I've had to be careful if you do one thing wrong you could end up dead. We have to pay for our mistakes and hope it doesn't end in death

I'm a half vampire and I can't go back to how I use to be, I'm stuck

I'm the lord of shadows, I beet my best friend. I killed him, I shall bring the end of the world, and I shall stand tall


As long as hot blood runs through my veins

As long as vampire blood runs thought my veins, as long as I'm the son of Des Tiny, I shall survive


Lost in the night
Feeling invisible

I am a creature of the night, I can hide away, I can seem invisible


Oh, a dead man walking the wire
High above the devils net
That's made of fire
And it's a long way down from the top of the world
You better look around or you gonna get burned

Steve killed my mentor, my friend. He fell and burned in Steve's layer there's no way he could have survived

I was a small weak human child, but that didn't stop me steeling a vampire's spider. Nothing can stop me

The more that you resist the tide
The more it pulls you in
The more you hang on for your life

I tried to resist my destiny but the more I resisted the more I was drawn to it, I got pulled in now I can't get out
