He has done it. The sword was intended for his original self. It was a duel 'till death. One must die. As he was about to pierce his already bloody sword, someone shielded his other self. It was the person he once protected from danger. It was the person who taught him about happiness and love. It was the person he once treasured the most. It was Sakura. His sword has stabbed her. Her white flowing dress tainted with blood. He cannot believe what he has done. He may be heartless and cannot feel pain however, he felt a deep sorrow aching in his heart.
She was an artificial being, like himself. Her body was disappearing, turning into sakura petals. She said a few things to his other self before she approached him. She then said that as long as their originals continue to live, it won't be then end. She then muttered her last words into his ears. "I love y…" but it was too late. She disappeared completely and the sakura petals were flying everywhere. He held the last petal. He remembered all the moments with her. He finally remembered how much he loves her. He screamed in pain and sadness. He disappeared from Nihon.
"I will do what I must" he muttered out.
It seemingly that he stabbed his original self. His once traveling companions tried to get him but he used magic to prevent that. He whispered something in his original's ear. He walked towards Fei Wong Reed in his tear. Then, a sword pierced his creator. It was Hien. His own sword but he didn't do it. It was his original. He was alive. Fei Wong Reed saw an open wound in the clone's foot. Instead of killing the original Syaoran,the clone pierced his own foot. Fei Wong Reed then tried to stab the original.A hand grabbed the original Syaoran and the clone shielded his original. He used his magic to open up the world inside the tear.
"Why did you…" his original asked him.
He answered "Because I wanted to know what came next… The words…" he remembered the moment Sakura disappeared.
"I didn't get a chance… to hear… back then…" he fell and was stabbed again by Hien (A/N: Not the original's fault. Read next time… T_T).
He released the magic on his right eye. It was the magic he stole from Fay. He was returning it.
"The feathers… take them to Sakura…" He then said everyone's names.
"Kurogane-san… Fay-san… Mokona… Sakura… Syaoran… I'm… sorry" his original stared at him, shocked of what just happened.
At last, he said "Thank y…" and he disappeared.
*sobs* No matter how many times I see the CLONES (both Syaoran and Sakura) death, I always feel like crying. They are my favorite character and I know Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle for a long time now… That's why I really feel sad when something like this happens. It was pretty hard to do this because I have to read and find the chapter when it happened. It's still so sad… I really want CLAMP (the awesome CLAMP to be more exact) to make a sequel about their journey to find a world where they all can live… :')
