The Elric brothers came out of Dante's lair somewhat unscathed. Ed would have to seek out Winry for automail repairs and Al's armor had significant damage but at least they were alive.
Now about Dante, she somehow managed to retrieve the stone out of Alphonse and made it into a solid stone. The brothers escaped deciding that fighting off Dante and Envy would be too difficult.
"Are we going to see General Mustang before we go to risenbol?" Al asked "I don't think so now, I don't know if I can handle his nagging."
"Then you're gonna have to deal with Winry."
"So what she'll just hit me with a wrench or whatever. It won't be that bad."
"You just don't wanna hear any short jokes."
"WHO YA CALLING A PIPSQUEAK SO TINY HE'D GET LOST IN THE GRASS?!"
"I never said that."
"it was implied."Ed stated "look I just wanna go to Winry's alright."he said with a heavy sigh.

"SERIOUSLY I CANT BELIEVE YOUR AUTO MAIL ISN'T BROKEN!"
"we just wanted to take a break here that's all." Al said sweetly. "really" Winry said with a glare. "Yeah, yeah that's all we promise!"
"okay Ed but any funny business then you're out, got it."
"alright Winry got it. Now what's for dinner Granny?"Edward asked.
"well since we have guests how bout I make some stew." Yeah that sounds delicious.
