~Chapter 0.1: World That Never Was Pt.1~
A lone figure walked silently through the rain in the back streets of the World that Never Was. As he turned the corner, the rain died down enough so he could pull down his hood and let the rain lightly soak his dark brown hair. In his hand he clutched a bright orange blade, with a slightly glowing sun at the end. He looked down at the Sun and smiled, "Thanks for that, Sen," He murmured. A figure appeared in the main part of the blade and grinned. "no prob, Chris. Get ready though, I'm sensing something off... like a big mass of darkness," said Sen, whose grin slowly faded into a small frown. "Yeah, I've been feeling something kinda like that for a while too, I just wanted to make sure it wasn't just a feeling," replied Chris.
Christopher Aaron Farth, Chris for short, had just started his journey with his partner, Senbonmaru Sunn, who preferred to be called Sen. They were working together to try and defeat the darkness as much as they could. Their first stop was The World that Never Was, on Sen's recommendation. Chris looked up at the Castle and Kingdom Hearts floating above it. Suddenly, about threescore Neoshadows appeared around them and surrounded them. Acting quickly, Chris dodged the attack of one, and sliced another in half.
A lone figure in an Organization XIII cloak sat atop the Skyscraper of Memories, watching the scene from below. A portal blacker than the night sky behind it appeared, and another figure in a cloak stepped out and got down on one knee. "My lord, we've located the rest like you've asked." He said. Not looking from the fighting below, He replied "Good, where are they?" ""they've been seen running around in different parts of the Underworld in Olympus Coliseum, and they are planning on entering the East and West wings of the upcoming Cerberus Cup," The figure said, standing up and backing back into the portal. The portal disappeared, and lightning flashed, illuminating a small grin from half a mouth from the hooded figure surveying Chris.
Back the battlefield, Chris blocked an attack and sliced another Neoshadow in two. "Only a score left Chris," Sen's voice emanated from the blade. "Right, let's just get this over with, Sen," Replied Chris, obviously bored with the battle. Gripping the hilt of his blade, He raised it the air and bolts of lightning came down and killed the rest of the Neoshadows.
