Jack walked over to Ianto. They had had 2 weeks of constant shouting, and only now did Jack realise what Ianto had been saying. It was his fault. Jack stood in front of Ianto and looked down. He held out a hand. Ianto looked at the hand then Jack's eyes.

Jack thought a silent message and hoped Ianto could read him like he used to. Ianto read it and took Jack's hand and stood up. Jack pulled him into a cuddle and rubbed his back soothingly. Ianto, being the shorter of the two gents, placed his head on Jack's shoulder where a damp patch appeared below his eyes.

'You were always on my mind…' Jack hated himself. He played the simple blame game and pinned it all on Ianto. He didn't mean to but he felt down anyway – a year since Estella had died in his arms. Maybe because of that he was more willing to make Ianto look a fool. He only fooled himself.

They swayed in the air. Not willing to let one another go. Ianto had seen how broken Jack was but he didn't know why and maybe the frustration had finally taken its toll. He yelled and Jack and blamed him when it was his fault. Jack sniffed. Was that Jack saying he was sorry?

Jack turned Ianto around and laid him on the sofa. Jack sat next to him and Ianto laid back in his arm. There they were, back together – as a 'couple'. Jack kissed Ianto's head and rubbed his jaw with his thumb.
