(Seiko's POV)

A loud beeping noise woke me up this morning.

(I finally woke up after a horrible night, in which I found myself unable to fall asleep until 2 AM, and although I'd love lazing around, I have to wake up to go to school, so I'm really sleepy. Ugh, live is unfair… Well, seeing Naomi might cheer me up… Wait, what's this discomfort on my head?)

I threaded my right hand through my hair and I noticed that… I had something soft and fuzzy.

I rushed out of my bed and ran to the bathroom to see myself in the mirror.

What I saw left me speechless: I now had cat ears in my head.

"Crap, I need to hide this." I whispered while I began to curl my hair and comb it to cover the newly emerged cat ears. After a ton of efforts I managed to cover them in a way that they wouldn't be noticed. I then rushed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for my siblings.

Just after I had finished preparing it and had gulped down mine, my brother Yuu came in.

"Hi sis, how's it going?" He asked smiling.

"So you're awake already~? You always grow so fast…" She said before surprisingly pulling him close for a surprise hug.

"Cheerful as always, aren't you sis?... By the way, this is going to sound weird, but…" He began asking in a lower voice.

"Yes, Yuu? " I asked eagerly.

"Did you really have cat ears this morning or I imagined it?... I'm trying to check that I'm not going insane or anything… Sorry sis" He whispered while blushing in embarrassment.

I stammered for some time in response to my brother's acute observation. (What do I tell him, should I lie and say that he imagined it- No it would be a bad idea, better tell him the truth). After deciding myself, I approached him and after turning my head backwards and both sides to check no more siblings of mine were around.

"Yes, it's true, please keep it a secret." I whispered. I then added: "How did you notice it, exactly? "

Yuu's answer consisted in his pupils dilating, followed by him saying "I was Don't worry sis. Won't tell anybody...that problem of yours." He whispered to my ear.

"Also Sis, please allow me to help you by letting me send them to school and all of that."
