Halloween was fast approaching, and it would be Kenneth and Cerie's first together as a couple. Cerie had started to think of ideas for cliché matching his and hers costumes before she remembered that Kenneth didn't celebrate Halloween. She had to admit that it bummed her out, but it wouldn't keep her from dressing up.

Just like she did a couple years prior, she went to him to ask for help in deciding her Halloween costume. Kenneth blinked, recalling what happened the last time she asked him that. The poor guy had seen so many "sexy" costumes of objects and plants, he fainted! But still, he was always willing to help out, so he reluctantly agreed to let his girlfriend model some choices for him.

After seeing an array of…interesting outfits, from "sexy lamp" to "sexy squirrel", Kenneth stood up and spoke his mind. "Miss Cerie," he said, biting his lower lip, "I personally don't think ya need to dress in such revealing clothing. I guess the point is to dress differently than you do the rest of the year, but you pretty much do dress like this all year." He hesitantly placed a hand on her shoulder. "If ya really want my opinion, I think you should dress as somethin' like a princess or an angel. Somethin' that represents who you are on the inside." He said, meekly, a light blush spreading across his face.

Cerie thought for a few seconds, then nodded. "Okay, I think I get it. You actually gave me a great idea." She leaned over to give him a quick kiss on his cheek. "BRB."

Kenneth waited patiently, slightly muttering and silently praying as he stood. Within a few minutes, Cerie had come out wearing a white dress that was cut very short and a costume store halo above her head. "What do you think?" She asked, grinning. "I'm a sexy angel."

Kenneth sighed, but then smiled. "Close enough."
