Hey! Please be nice because this is my first story.
I started watching Hell's Kitchen and i have fallen in love with Chef Gordon Ramsay.
There's heat in Hell's Kitchen and it's not from the Ovens...

Tonight was our first challenge, each team had six people and we had to serve ten tables completely. Appetizer through Dessert. I was the only girl on the blue team which kind of scared me. No I'm not an outgoing girl...until I get into the kitchen. Me and Jeff were put on desserts. He would prepare the dessert and I would do the plating. Not that I minded doing the plating, but it can get a little boring when you're serving a whole restaurant. (I love doing plating!) Our dessert was a chocolate cake with evaporated milk, caramel and chocolate on the inside. After making several plates with the base design on it, I now had to wait for the cake itself.
"GET YOUR ASS MOVING KATRINA!" Chef Ramsey yelled, "Yes Chef!" I replied rolling my eyes.
What was there to do? The guys wont let me near the food. Michael, the guy doing appetizers actually threatened me that if I touched the food I would seriously punished. Well I didn't really want to push his buttons today so I just did what he said.
Jean Phillip came up to the hot plate and told Chef Ramsey something, but I could hear the sentence, "They love the plating but the cake is a little bitter," I smirked knowing he was talking about us.
The red team was doing ice cream."KATRINA, JEFF! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE DESSERTS?" Chef yelled at us. "Well Chef, if he'd let me near the dessert itself then I could help him, but he only lets me do the plating," I answered him. Chef walked towards us with a pissed off look in his eyes. "You did the plating?" I nodded. "That was the most fantastic plating Ive ever seen!" he told me. "Thank you Chef," He gave a small smile. "Now I want you to get on the desserts and plating," "Yes Chef!" "JEFF GET YOUR ASS ON ENTREES!" Jeff looked stunned, "Yes Chef," Chef smiled at me once more and went back to the hot plate.
I finished the desserts in record time. At the end Chef Ramsey dismissed everyone. "Katrina stay with me for a moment please," I nodded and walked towards him. "Make me one of those desserts," I looked at him wide eyed. "Excuse me?" He smirked, "Make me one of your desserts, plating and all," he replied, "Yes Chef," as I got to work, Chef Ramsey was shadowing me the whole time. Once I was finished, I gave the plate and a fork to him to try it. He studied the plate and took a bite. His eyes widened for a moment and he smiled. He took his fork, loaded it with more cake and gestured for me to take a bite. I did so and I had the same reaction as he did. "This is utterly delicious," he told me. "Thank you Chef,". "Tomorrow, you are safe from elimination, and you will receive a prize like all other challenges," I smiled, "Thank you Chef," He nodded. "Now get to bed!" I nodded and ran off to my bed.
