People's chatter filled the room, and the sound of high heels hitting the floor and people laughing over bad writing jokes was getting to Sherlock's head. He sighed deeply and found his seat. A few rows in front of him he saw the back of The Woman, Miss Irene Adler. Even though way her dark hair fell beautifully passed her shoulders and how the long dress hugged her curves perfectly, he could not move his thoughts away from his lover. Sherlock had promised him to text as soon as the results for tonight's BAFTA had been announced. Personally, Sherlock thought that the idea of awards was stupid. Why would people need a mini statue to know that their work is appreciated?

Sherlock quietly scanned the room and made eyes with the infamous Doctor. Their paths had crossed before. Scotland Yard had found a body which had appeared to be human but when Molly had tried to perform the autopsy then the door opened and the Doctor had stopped her, turns out that the body was an alien who needed a new "home" and would play dead until somebody would feel remorse and take care of it. Poor Molly as Mrs Hudson had said.

A vibrate came from his trousers and he took out his phone and saw a text from John.

Anything? JW

No. Not yet. SH. Sherlock replied and put the phone back. An hour passed and Sherlock was growing tired of the speeches, cries, and tears of glee from the happiness of winning but finally it came, the category in which both John and Jim Moriarty had been nominated in. Moriarty turned around in his seat and smirked at Sherlock.

The nominees were presented and soon the air filled with tension.

"Richard Brook!" and Jim Moriarty stood up, his cover Richard Brook took over. How could people be so stupid? Sherlock easily saw through the cover as Jim walked up to the stage. Sherlock watched as Jim began thanking people and Jim made eye contact with Sherlock, a smirk forming on his face.

Sherlock took out his phone and began typing.

Moriarty got it. SH

The only good thing that came out of this was that now Sherlock's doctor might need some comforting.
