Unwanted, Part 1
We aren't wanted here.
The hole in my arm tells me so.
We came through the Gate, like so many times before.
The faces we found staring at us were not friendly.
"Outsiders!" they yelled, weapons brandished.
Apparently, xenophobia is a big thing on this planet.
They tried to drive us out, kinda like the Boxers tried to do in China.
DHD was blocked.
No openings to run for it.
Daniel tried to talk to them, but it didn't help.
I shot a few rounds into the air, trying to get them to back away.
I got a knife lodged in my shoulder for my troubles.
How rude.
