Chapter 1
One night after Sarah and Adam take Rory bowling and out for ice cream they pull into the driveway at Lorelai's and Seth's in Fresno with Adam carrying a sleeping Rory to the door and Sarah knocks and the door opens.
"oh hey guys did you have fun?" Lorelai wonders
"yeah they really battled it out." Sarah tells her
"yeah she looks tired, you guys really wore her out." Lorelai says
"well we are her godparents." Adam says laying Rory down gently on the couch and covers her with a blanket and gently kisses her cheek
"did you have a good night?" Lorelai wonders
"we did." Sarah tells her
"good that's good." Lorelai says
Seth comes into the room.
"oh hi Seth." Sarah says
"hey Sarah, hey Adam." Seth says
"Seth." Adam says looking at him coldly
"so what were you guys doing?" Sarah wonders
Lorelai just looks down with her arms crossed then looks at Seth and shrugs "nothing." Lorelai tells them
Sarah just rolls her eyes.
Adam looks at them coldly.
"okay fine we slept together tonight!" Lorelai tells them
Sarah just rolls her eyes and scofts.
"figures." she says coldly
"he could never keep his hands off of me so it just figures that that's what you guys were doing." Sarah tells her and gently kisses Rory;s cheek then storms out to the car
"great thank you Lore you upset her how could you?" he gets mad at her
"well!" she says and smiles
