Chapter 1

"Phew!" Clavalu sighed after defeating a circle of Mimics. "That took a lot of strength, didn't it

Selki?"

"Yeah!" Selki and Lily agreed."

They are at Rebena Te Ra and these are the characters.

Clavalu: Clavat, Long Hair

Selki: Selkie, Wolfie

Lily: Lilty, Bare Head

"You're the caravan from Tipa, aren't you?" as the three girls looked up, a girl with long silver hair and purple eyes said this.

"WWHHAAAA!?" Clavalu exclaimed, sounding both confused and surprised. "Th-there's M-mimics! O-on your dress!"

"What? Oh, you must be talkin' 'bout these!" the girl said as she held up one of the many center-of-a-Mimic-shaped decorations on the bottom of her dress. "By the way, my name is Tobira! What are yours?"

"Selki."

"Lily!"

"Clavalu."

"All right then! Let's go to my house!" Tobira said. Just then, a bright flash blinded all of their eyes.

"You must cross the miasma of unknown if you are to restore peace..." a voice called to them.

"But we're not strong enough yet!" Tobira said to the light.

"You still must cross it."

"Grr... Show yourself, Raem!!" Tobira yelled as she threw a chakram (ring weapon) at the light.

A colossal, bird-like creature appeared and flew away. "He'll be back soon..."

At Tobira's house...

"Hey, Tobira... Why did you say that that 'Raem' would be back soon? And what did he mean by 'the miasma of unknown'?" Clavalu questioned.

"Well, he meant the unknown miasma stream. On the other side lies Mag Mell, Mount Vellenge, and if you travel deep enough, The Nest of Memories. The Nest of Memories is where Raem lies. Tipa has sent out many caravans, right? Well, they all failed because they listened to him. That area, The Abyss, was restricted to all caravans long ago." Tobira answered.

"I have no idea what you just said, but it sounds like it's a bad idea to go there." Lily said.

"That's exactly right, Lily. We shouldn't go there until we're stronger." Tobira stated. "You've defeated the Lich, right? I didn't want to be a distraction."

"Oh, yes we have!" Selki, Clavalu, and Lily all exclaimed.

"What are your endurances, if you have them memorized?" Tobira asked.

"28." Selki answered.

"28."Clavalu answered.

"28." Lily answered.

"Well then, you're in shape to go to the Abyss! Come outside!" Tobira exclaimed.

Outside, the same bird-like creature from Rebena Te Ra swooped down and grabbed Tobira in its talons!
