CLARY
I woke up as soon as my alarm went off; of course, that was after 5 snoozes. Today was my first day as a junior. I got out of bed, took a shower, brushed my red tangly hair, and brushed my teeth. The room was still full of boxes because we just moved from chicago to new york, the only reason i wanted to stay in chigago was because of my best friend simon but i know we'll FaceTime , and before you ask; i actually was happy because i was able to have a new start. Something happened which got me attention I didn't need.
I got dressed and went down for breakfast with my family. I have 1 brother, my mom, and dad. "Morning pumpkin ". "Morning, dad" i give him a kiss on the cheek and sit down on my chair to wait for my mom who has my freshly cooked eggs. Jon(short for jonathan. Who has also decided to take a gap year) my brother comes stumbling into the dining room with sleep and sits next to me. "Long night?" I ask looking at him. "you think?" I roll my eyes. "If you had slept early just like pumpkin does, you'd be awake" dad tells him jokingly. I laugh. Dad has been calling me pumpkin ever since i was 2 years old. Mum comes in the room with eggs, bacon, and toast. "Morning, mum" she smiles at me "morning sweet-pea. Excited for your first day at your new school?"she looks at me questioningly "Nope" i reply quickly. I check the time 6:00 school starts at 6:15 CRAP " i need to go, I'm going to be late for school" i blow them three a kiss and leave the room. I take my bag, get in my car and start driving to school.
Jace
I wake up. Another first day, another year. I looked at the girl at my side and groaned. It was seelie or Rachel, i didn't even know. She wakes up "jaceyy-poo" she squeals. Ughh, even her voice was annoying. "Look you and me, it'll never happen it was a one night thing and that's it" she just screams "i hate you" and get out of the room crying. Half an hour later, after the much needed shower i go down to the living room find my adopted sister and two brothers waiting for me to have breakfast. "Another girl or what?" My sister isabelle asks not even interested. I give her a look. " come have breakfast, we're going to be late for school, jace" "mom will drive you to school, max" he nods. we have breakfast, get ready for school. I get in my car. Izzy and alec get in my car and i drive us to school.
What did you guys think? I know it's bad and short. it'll get better i promise. Clary and jace meet next chapter. Should i even continue tell me what you think.
