Ok, so I was on twitter and I saw this mod of ZSS and cloud in a wedding dress and tuxedo and I thought 'I can probably make it a ship if it hasn't been done already.' So yeah, enjoy.

Cloud's room
It was the night before the wedding and Cloud was losing his mind as he laid spread-eagled on his bed, thinking about everything that could go wrong, like Sephiroth reviving, a chocobo stampede, the replay of that subspace thing the veterans talk about, Ridley attacking, a fight breaking out, bad wedding planning, Sephiroth reviving and teaming up with Ridley. A lot of legitimate fears crossed through his head.
Suddenly, he heard Link, his roommate, shifting around on the top bunk, and saw his head pop into his field of vision.
"Hey man," he said groggily "sorry to bother you, but I can't sleep while your suffering down there."
"Well, aren't you a good friend." Cloud replied with a weak smile.
"Don't get me wrong, I just can't sleep when you have such an oppressive aura." Link said with a grin of his own.
"Haha," Cloud said, throwing a pillow at Link who moved his head, only to get nailed by a second pillow to the face.
"Okay, but seriously what's up with you. You're getting married tomorrow and your acting all doom and gloom, another girl on your mind?" Link teased.
"Nah, just thinking about what could go wrong." He said.
"Like what?" Link said curiously.
"What if my suit gets destroyed?" Cloud said.
"We have warehouse full of them." Link replied curtly.
"What if the warehouse gets destroyed?" Cloud said with more urgency.
"Then we'll have the backup truck come around." Link replied with more curtness.
"And what if that gets destroyed?"
"Master hand will snap some into existence."
"What if Sephiroth comes back for revenge?"
"Master hand knew you would say that and sent Crazy hand to watch his corpse."
"What if Crazy hand turns on us and decides to work with sephiroth?"
"We gave Crazy hand 2 years worth of dog kibble, which should distract him from turning to the dark side."
"What if she says no?"
"She won't"
"What if-, wait, does that mean crazy hand is in the life stream?" Cloud asked, breaking out of his worrying spell to ask an important question.
Link started to visibly sweat, then suddenly looked at his wrist and said "Oh, would you look at the time, you should sleep if you want to wake up early for your wedding and stuff." Then pulled on a gas mask he had and threw something on the floor.
"Wait, you don't even have a watch." Were Cloud's last words before the canister of sleeping gas took effect and he fell into a dreamless sleep.
Samus's room
Samus was having the same problem as Cloud, and Lucina was having the same problem as Link.
"It's no use worrying yourself to death, everything will be fine." Lucina said, trying to calm down the bride to be.
"What if my dress gets destroyed?" Samus asked worriedly.
"We have enough replacement to cover the earth four times, and master hand can will some more into existence." Lucina replied bluntly.
"What if someone dies?"
"We have surplus of phoenix downs, white mages in optimal locations, and people who constantly have their life on the line as a day job."
"What about Ridley?" Samus said, finally asking the biggest question on her mind.
"What about Ridley?" Lucina replied nonchalantly.
"What if he decides to come for revenge?"
"Calm down," Lucina said, twirling her index finger in her hair "we devised a good way to watch him, which involves putting him in a small room with wireframes guarding him, positioned directly underneath the wedding venue. The perfect plan if I do say so myself."
"Wait, you put Ridley underneath the venue. Are you serious about that?," Samus said with shock clearly in her voice.
"Well master hand thought it would be a good idea-."
"And he's about to rethink that." Samus said reaching for her pistol and cocking it, then realizing it wasn't her gun but a can of sleeping gas.
"Oh for-." She passed out.
The next day
It was the day of the wedding and everyone was busy. Link and Lucina had to air out the bride and grooms room, Mario had to make sure the car was in order, Bowser and Ganondorf had to make sure no one slipped into the wedding, Peach and Zelda were helping the bride put on her dress, while Link and Ike helped the groom with his.
"Man, who would have thought you would be getting married, I didn't think you could be that committed to anything cloud." Like said while helping cloud fix his bowtie.
"Hell, at first I wasn't even committed to staying here, much less getting to know any of you, but after I beat Samus in the compulsory sparing matches, she pestered me for a rematch, and the rest is history." Cloud replied with a smirk while remembering the way they met.
"And what a history it is," Link said "well lover boy, time for your wedding, let's go."
The wedding was starting, and nothing was out of place everything was ready and the only thing left to do was the wedding itself.
Dr. Mario, who was the pope started the procession with the usual "We are gathered here today for the joining of two smashes in holy matrimony, if you have any objections speak now or forever hold your piece."
And as expected, nobody had any objections to the marriage, nobody that could talk at least.
Dr. Mario seeing this went on with the ceremony by saying "Do you, Cloud Strife, take Samus Aran as your lawfully wedded wife, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, for better or worse, till death do you part?"
"I do." Cloud replied as confidently as he could.
Dr. Mario then turned to Samus and said "and do you, Samus Aran, take Cloud strife as your lawfully wedded husband, in sickness and in health, for richer or poorer, for better or worse, till death do you part?"
"I do." Samus replied with a pure smile.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife," Dr. Mario said with a smile "you may now kiss each other."
And with the kiss they became a happily married couple, and everybody broke out in cheers, with flower petals being scattered everywhere. But as the festivities were going on, Link looked uncomfortable.
"Hey Link," Master hand said while flying over "Oh, hey Master hand, it's just that I sorta kinda lost connection with Crazy hand and I don't know where he is."
"Well that's troubling," Master hand replied "gather up some vacant smashers and then we can go assess the situation."
"Though I'm sure everything is fine" Were Master hands last words before teleporting with a few of the smashers. How wrong he was.

Well, that's some filler done so that people can be satisfied until I'm done writing a main fic. Also how has this almost never been done before? It just makes so much sense for me. But hey, at least I get to dub the ship, speaking of which, it shall be called…. SOLDIERSHIPPING!, I feel good about myself now.
Also, I HAVE A SCHEDULE NOW, starting with a release this June!, I'll just be right back.
