A Ghost

Michael Keller finished tying his tie and grabs his coat and made his way down stairs to wait for his wife and the rest of his family. He tries not to cry knowing very well that crying will not bring back his sons from the grave, two died when the towers fell the other died serving in Afghanistan.

Michael, his wife, and children had lived in this house for over 30 years; he had bought this house a year after he had married the love of his life Bianca. They had raised 6 wonderful children; 4 boys and two girls. Eight people living in a small 3 bedroom home sharing only one bathroom. That number however went up when his 3 older children started having kids. Friends and family had told him many times to sell the house and buy a bigger one. This house was where the children had grown up and where so many memories had been made. This house heard many laughter, had seen so many tears shed, and had welcome home many babies.

He walked to the fire place and grabs one of the many pictures from the mantel. The picture was of his six children taken two years ago just a month before the towers fell. His children were from left to right in the order they had been born. The first were the triplet Michael Junior (MJ for short), William, and Nancy after Nancy are Vincent, followed by Nathan, and his twin sister Natalie.

"Dad" he heard Natalie called him "dad were ready to go now"

They had buried MJ an William two years ago and today they would buried Vincent.

Testing the waters on this one. this story just came to me months ago and I'm barely posting it.

At first this story was going to be a what if: what if Vincent and Catherine knew and married each other before 9-11 how would it turn out when finds out that her husband is still alive. With the permission of her parents Catherine marries Vincent while she is still a teenager (16 or 17). anyone wants to take this what if idea can take it just pm me please with the address.
