Derek and his wife Naomi are in the operating room working on a seventeen year old girl; removing the GUILT disease from inside her body. "I REMOVE THE GUILT!" Derek shouted in relief. "Good job, Dr. Stiles," Angie stated, "lets stitch her up." Derek did what he was told, after he stitch up the girl and apply some agitate so she won't have more pain and he said, "Finished." "YOU DID IT, DR. STILES!" Angie shouted happily after Derek pulls the sheet down on the patient's chest. He chuckles and said, "Couldn't done it without my wife, Dr. Naomi Styles." Naomi winks her eye at Derek and the three doctors (Angie, Derek & Naomi) left the room so the other doctors roll the girl back to her room. In the cafeteria, Derek sat near a table drinking a cup of cool water, he realize that Naomi walking towards him, he stands up quickly (ready to take action) and asks, "What's wrong, Naomi, another patient?" "No, I got a major headache," she stated getting closer to Derek," Doctor, can you heal me?" Derek smirks (happily) at her and said, "As wish." She grabs his hand, they walked fast to an empty room, Derek closes and locks the door and he and Naomi kissed each other lips wildly. They break up the kiss and Naomi said, "Damn, you turn me on." Derek sat her on the edge of the hospital bed, lift her shirt and bra up and suck her breast hard. "OH GOD, DEREK, DON'T STOP!" she shouted in pleasure.
