Harmony noun (plural harmonies) 1 a pleasant combination, especially of musical notes. 2being friendly to each other and not quarrelling.
She looked it up in the dictionary she'd had since fifth grade and never used.
The book was all shiny and new and it smelled like its plastic wrappings.
The words were confusing and they didn't make any sense at all.
They didn't fit.
This was Harmony, who had played dumb since middle school so well that she couldn't find her way back, couldn't catch up with the others.

This was Harmony, who would follow Cordelia Chase anywhere, because maybe if she was more like Cordelia, people would love her, too.
This was Harmony, who became frozen in eternal beauty and thought it was an end to all her problems.
