This is a Christmassy song based on Lord of the Rings, that came to be during a history lesson, which I am "reliably" informed, drives Foseli insane, thus leading him to imagine such things as invading gerbils…and this……

On the twelfth night of mordor the dark lord gave to me…
12 Maiar maiing,
11 hoards a reaping,
10 swordsmen slaying,
9 nazgul nagging,
8 hobbits hoeing,
7 dwarves a drinkin',
6 ponies prancing,
20 gold rings…
4 swaying ents,
3 high elves,
2 barrow wights,
and one ring to rule them all, one ring to find them,
one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.
