She stood outside of the meeting room in dismay; after having been called a part of China, she had not been allowed in.

Taiwan's long hair swayed as she tried to peek in to the room; America was going off on a tangent about heroes, and what they were.

She looked away from the obnoxious nation, and spotted a quieter man sitting in the chair beside him; they had some striking similarities, but they also seemed completely different.

Who was he?

She smiled as she heard him practically whisper to America about something, but it turned to anger when America brushed him off.

Xiao Mei felt that it had probably been a good idea, because the man had seemed like the smart yet quiet type.

She wondered why no one seemed to listen to him.

Taiwan understood how it felt to be ignored, otherwise she would be in that meeting room sharing her opinion.

She patiently waited for the meeting to be over, so that she could talk to the boy that had caught her eye.

Canada left the room last in a calm, slow manner.

Xiao Mei caught up to him when he almost past her.

"Hi, I'm Taiwan." She introduced herself to the even quieter nation.

"You wanted to meet me? What about my brother?" Canda was surprised, and blushed a cute shade of pink.

"Yes, you, silly. Your brother is annoying." Taiwan giggled at Canada's cute blush, though she wanted to hit America for taking all of the attention away from Canada.

"He's nice, but he can be pretty loud and obnoxious." Matthew giggled; he seemed much more comfortable with Taiwan at the moment.

"What is your name?" Taiwan asked Canada in a sweet sounding voice.

"I'm Canada." He introduced himself much to Taiwan's delight.

"Canada is the country above America, right?" Taiwan asked.

"Yes, it is. Nobody seems to remember that." Matthew muttered.

"How could they not? You are cuter than he is, and much nicer." Taiwan complimented him.

"Thank you." Canada's face blushed redder.

"Who are you, and who is that cute, Chinese girl?" Canada's bear inquired.

"I am not related to that bastard! Japan is much nicer!" Taiwan shrieked.

Canada squeaked, and slowly moves away from her to be a healthy distance away.

"I'm sorry. I really don't like to be called Chinese." Taiwan blushed as she tried to apologize.

"It's okay." Canada muttered quietly.

"I shouldn't have yelled at you. I hope that this is a good enough apology." Taiwan nervously announced, and leaned towards Canada to kiss his cheek.

Canada blushed harder; Taiwan mumbled out excuses, and ran away.
