I sat in the sand, completely content with myself. "Sooooora!" My best friend, Riku, ran up to me. "Hey, Sora." "Hiya." "C'mere." We were merely eight years old, still lost in the world of imagination. Whatever Riku wanted to show me was probably just a rock shaped like a peanut. But to us on this boring island, that was enough. "Hurry up, Sora!" I ran after him, avoiding the tall trees and bits of water. "Look." Riku pointed to a hole in the side of the wall. It was hidden fairly well, which is probably why no one had found it yet. "Go inside with me." "Okay." I followed him, honestly too scared to go first. "Wooooow! You have to see this!" I got in a couple seconds after him and marveled at what was inside. It was a dark cave, full of boulders. There was a large door at the end, which struck me as a bit odd. "Riku, what's this?" "I dunno. Maybe we can pick the lock." But that was the thing. There was no lock. Not even a handle. "How?" "Break it down later, then." Riku was always the more destructive one, leaving me to just stand and watch. Soon enough, I heard a girl's voice calling our names. "Riku..." "I heard her." Riku hated my other friend, Kairi, for whatever reason. The minute she stepped foot on our island, he didn't want anything to do with her. He even called her some bad words sometimes. I just don't get it. I took Riku's hand and led him out of the newly discovered cave. "What should we call it?" "Hmm...How about the Secret Place?" "Sounds good." We walked out towards Kairi, who was standing by the paopu tree overlooking the ocean. "Kairi!" I called to her. "Sora!" She walked up and hugged me. She smiled sweetly at Riku. "Hello." "..." "Well, nice to see you, too." She turned to me, still smiling. "Sora, look." She produced a paopu fruit from behind her back. "Oh. What's that for?" "We share it, silly!" I noticed Riku's face contort into anger in the corner of my eye. He reached forward and smacked the fruit out of her hand, picking it up and chucking it in the water. "What was that for? I worked really hard to get that!" "Exactly." Riku grabbed my wrist and pulled me to the shack. "Why are you mean to her?" "Because she's trying to steal you away from me, Sora! Can't you see that?" "What are you talking about?" "She's obviously in love with you. If I let her have you, it'll be the end of everything!" "Riku...Don't you know that Kairi's a lesbian?" "Wha...?" "Yeah. With Selphie." "Why didn't I know this?" "I thought it was pretty obvious. So, wait. You like me?" "It wasn't! Of course I like you, you twit." I ran my fingers through his long silver hair. "I like you, too, Riku." "You do?" "Yup. Enjoy it, dear." "Oh, I will. To the fullest." I saw the perverted look in his eyes. Crap. I should have told him in seven years.

A/N: Ohoho, I HATE Kairi. I didn't even want her in here but it was kinda necessary for the lesbian thing. I must make a confession. When I first played Kingdom Hearts, I thought they all lived alone on the island. So they were like gods to have clothes like that. I was a weird kid...Sorry this is a random bunch of crap. Alright, please R&R!
