Earth, Sea, and Sky

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is just my perception of what went on in Riku's mind at the end of the second game.

About his life, his choices, and his friends. I also consider this an uprising against the 40/1 majority of mansex. This is completely platonic on Riku's part.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

They are my dear friends…. They both saved me from the darkness…and myself.

Sora is the sky, Kairi is the sea, and I am the earth. The earth cannot exist without the sky and the sea, I am no different. Sora showed me that I do have a future, as the sky gives the earth a future, Kairi allowed me to make peace with myself, as the sea makes peace on the land.

Sora and Kairi have a special bond, just as the sea and sky do.

I can be nothing more than a friend to both of them, but I'm content with that.

The earth cannot exist without the sea and sky, I am no different…and for that I am truly grateful…..

In case the analogies didn't make much sense, Sora is Japanese for sky, Kairi for sea, and Riku for earth. These analogies perfectly represented the relationship of these three in my mind.
