She was quite, no one noticed her, and she kept mostly to herself and she liked it just fine.
Helga was unpopular and had no friends, but she was happy. Though she was sixteen still hadn't dated or even had a conversation with a boy she was happy.
Because she had her music, with it she could starve and still keep going. She sat lazily on the bench and slowly struck each key listening to its ring. She smiled; she was never alone for she had her music.
But deep down she hurt for music could love, couldn't understand, and knowing this she silently cried.

Arnold whistled as he wondered down the halls of North Hill wood High, He winked to a group of giggling sophomores as they walked by.
From what he heard every girl wanted to date him, and every guy wanted to be him, there was nothing special about Arnold except he was gorgeous (from what he heard) and used it greatly to his advantage.
Yes, he was popular he was very outgoing, strong willed, tough, and friendly all in one package.
He was also pig headed dense, was a player and only thought women were only good for 'pleasure purposes.' All the girls he had dated none of them he had true feelings for.
Arnold stopped in front of a classroom; he listened to the soft music that seemed to flow through the cracks beckoning him to enter.
The music had a very slow tempo, it was so soft Arnold had to strain to hear it, the music sounded sad, heart breaking as if the person playing it was depressed, deprived of something.
This person must be beautiful, Arnold thought he had to see this person.
~*~
Helga gracefully struck the keys of the piano, he eyes closed she poured her feelings into her song, as her hand moved across the black and white ivory keys.
Helga slowly stopped and began to cry,
"Are you okay?" Helga gasped and looked up,
"I'm sorry I came in but the music was so beautiful" Arnold said and rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.
"Yeah I'm okay," Helga said as she slowly wiped her eyes.
Arnold smiled warmly, "you play beautifully, I bet you'll be famous one day" He whispered. Helga just looked at him, Arnold looked around uncomfortable, "Um I gotta go see ya around!" he called and winked as he left.
"Bye," Helga whispered.
He was so beautiful, so happy, I'm probably never going to see him again, she thought.
He was beautiful he had spiky blonde hair and amazing blue eyes. He was built and looked very tough, but deep down he was a softy.
She sighed, it's not like we were ever going to be friends anyways…..
~*~
Arnold sat on his bike his helmet tucked under his arm; he closed his eyes and could still see an image of her in his mind.
She was small very petite, she had long wavy blonde hair that was pulled into two pig tails, her big blue eyes were wide with innocence's, though she was crying she looked amazing.
Her voice was soft and gentle but she sounded so shy, she also looked shock, and also afraid to talk to him.
I wonder what her name is…
Arnold thought as he placed his helmet on, and started the engine, as he rode off, he kept thinking about the mysterious gentle girl.
AN: I know chapter one is short I just wanted to write their first encounter, I promise there will be more! R&R!!
