It's short, sweet and to the point!

He trailed kisses down her neck, savoring the delicious mewls that escaped her lips.

Her hands tangled in his hair, pulling his head up from it's assault on her neck, forcing her lips upon his.

It was like this often. They would meet, and when sure they were alone, they would go about ravishing one another with kisses, touching, feeling...

loving? Lusting?

It was a ritual... started by an accident, both leaning over for something, and their lips brushed. But... there had been a connection, a spark... she felt it. He felt it.

It was slow at first. Longing glances, pecks on the cheek, briefly touching hands... then it turned into sweet kisses. Heated kisses. Passionate kisses. More and more often, those kisses and touches were more and more powerful...

Filled with... love? Maybe?

Filled with lust? More likely...

To her, it seemed more like lust. How could a man like him love her? She was plain. She was a nerd.

She was a commoner.

But to him, it was love. He loved her scent, her taste, the way she looked with her half lidded eyes, cheeks flushed, the way her soft brown hair would sway softly, when she was whispering his name through those soft, supple lips.

He captured them again in another intense kiss. But she pulled away.

They had kept it secret. Lying about their whereabouts when asked by the others... lying about who they were with when someone phoned... lying, lying, lying!

"Stop... Kyouya stop." she gasped, panting for breath. "I can't... I just can't..."

Unable to finish her sentence, she shook her head in anger and pulled away from the young teen, making to run down the empty hall... but her caught her wrist.

"Haruhi? What's wrong?"

She stopped dead. Frightened. Like a deer caught in headlights.

"Haruhi." he repeated, pulling her gently towards him. "Tell me..." he whispered softly, his usually intense eyes softening, becoming more gentle as he handled this fragile girl.

"Why do we do this Kyouya?"

Her question caught him off guard, so he stayed silent. Never before had they questioned their meetings. Never.

"Tell me Kyouya... why? Why do we lie to the others? Why do we hide? What do we even do it for?"

He took a breath before tilting her head up to his. Eye to eye. Soul to soul.

"We lie because the others wouldn't accept it. We hide for that reason... you know that..."

"Fine... but why do we do this? What for? Where are the merits?"

She stared deep into his eyes... those deep gray eyes that many fear...

"We do it..." he started "because we love each other. I love you Haruhi Fujioka. I love everything about you. Your looks... your intelligence... And I don't care about status. And you are the prize. When I hold you, when I kiss you. That's all I need... I love you."

Her brown eyes had widened considerably and her mouth was slightly agape. He took this opportunity to place a gentle kiss on those lips.

"I love you." he said again, just to confirm it.

"I love you too..." she whispered, leaning into his tall form, closing her eyes and smiling softly as relief swept through her... how could she have doubted him?

Honesty was the best policy after all...

Ugh... sorry... it's crap .
