"Dad," Cory said, "Can we talk"

"Sure son," Vincent said, "What's on your mind?"

"You were totally unfair to Raven," Cory said.

"She missed your great aunt's birthday," Vincent said, "and she was so looking forward to seeing Raven"

"Dad," Cory said, "Raven got a vision that Eddie and Chelsea needed help. It was NOT her fault."

"Well I never thought I would see the day when you stuck up for your sister," Vincent said proudly, "But it's not okay that-"

"That what," Cory demanded, "That she was loyal to her friends? That she risked public embarrassment and disappointing an old woman to help her friend? Personally I think what Raven did showed character and a lot of it," Cory ended with.

"I… never thought of it that way," Vincent said.

"Well you should," Cory said, "I know you're going to get mad at me and I don't care. I'm not wrong here!"

"No you're not," Vincent replied, "I think maybe I was looking at this as a father and not through Raven's eyes. Maybe I should apologize to Raven."

"Yeah you should," Cory replied.

"Don't push it with the attitude," Vincent said lightly, "Now clean up in the kitchen and I'll go apologize to Raven"

"Fine," Cory grumbled.

"Good," Vincent said. He turned to leave and then he turned back.

"Cory?"

"Yeah dad," Cory asked.

Vincent grinned.

"I'm proud of you son"

Cory smiled.

"Thanks dad"

Disclaimer: I don't own That's So Raven. I thought Vincent was unfair in that particular eppy so I thought it would be cute to write a story about it. Please realize this is fanfiction and not fanfact. It will not all be in correspondence to the show. It's a fairly AU story. Yes I know this disclaimer is long sorry for that. Lol
