A witches cat

Trusted true companion,

On the back of her broom I do ride,

Over the hills and mountains,

Under the moonlight skies,

In and out of trouble,

Quick as a lightning flash,

Smarter than most creatures,

Because I am a witches cat,

Look around you'll never see me,

Like my mistress in deceit,

You don't know if you believe in me,

Until the first time that we meet,

Playing games of mischief,

Chasing the occasional bat,

Smarter than most creatures,

Because I am a witches cat,

My mistress she's so clever,

More powerful than most,

Perfect in every situation,

Although when she sees her tutor,

It's like she's seen a ghost,

She tells me all her secrets,

I listen whilst I nap,

Smarter than most creatures,

Because I am a witches cat.

Sometimes I pity my mistress,

She goes by the name Hardbroom,

Her face was stricken with anguish,

When she saw Hecketty back so soon,

Her past full off fear and torment,

She refuses to drop her guard,

Emotions sealed under her hat,

Smarter than most magicians,

Because she has a witches cat.
