Ha ha! First NCIS fanfic. I know it's a little late for a Halloween fanfic but with the broken tv and strict regulations with internet tv I only got to watch the Halloween episode yesterday.

"A fair bet is a bet. Hand it over." Ziva said extended her plam.

"But the murderer was from the family." Tony said reclining in his chair.

"You said it was the wife and was calling everyone 'probie' who was working on the case." Ziva said. "Now hand over the candy."

"What's going on here?" Abby asked. She was dressed in a full vampire costume, in which she pribably changed into right after her shift ended.

"We agreed on a bet with Tony that if he's wrong he gives up his candy, and if I'm wrong, I give up my candy but now he's not coperating." Ziva huffed.

"Abbey, what were you last year?" Tony asked

"A witch."

"And the year before that?"

"Don't remember." Abbey said. "I think I was a zombie."

"Be something bright next year. Like a fairy." Tony said, Abbey's eyes filling with rage.

"Hand. The. Candy. Over. NOW!" Ziva barked.

"You know what? Fine!" Tony said pulling his chair from under him with such force that the chair hit the bookcase, making two binders fall out. Roughly setting the bag down on Ziva's table, he stared at her thinking why in the world did he agree to this bet. "Isn't that going to break your diet?" Tony asked

"Who said I'm on one?" Ziva fired back. "want one?" She motioned the bag to Abbey

"Thanks." Abbey said ripping open a bag of Fun Size M&ms and pouring them in her mouth. "Well see you all on Monday. I have a Halloween party to attend to." Abbey walked of her cload trailing behind her, McGee's eyes following her.

"Hey! McGoblin! Don't goggle the vampire beauty!" Tony said throwing a pencil at him, hitting him square in the back of the head.

"Chocolate, Gibbs?" Ziva asked offering him a Lindt Truffle, reciving a scowl from Tony who was Blackberry-ing his way out of the conversation.

"Thank you Ziva." Gibbs said, and got into the elevator.

"Here have a KitKat!" Ziva said hurling a KitKat at Tony, making him smile.

"Thank you. Did I deserve any more?" Tony asked, McGee staring at him.

"Maybe later" Ziva said getting up. "I'm gone."

"Hey, when is later?" Tony asked getting into the elevator with her.

"Now." Ziva said crashing her lips agaist Tony's.

"What happened to you?" McGee asked when Tony returned to put his binders back up on the bookshelf.

"Halloween is officially my favorite holiday." Tony said.

"Because you lost to Ziva?" McGee asked furrowing his brow.

"Maybe, maybe not." Tony said. "Probie." Tony chuckled.
