A/N: I don't own X-Men.

Normal

To her, there was no real definition of normal.

To the girl sitting in Central Park, one definition of normal was actually being able to touch someone without fearing of rendering them unconscious, or worse. Like what happened with Cody.

Though she was not a telepath, she knew what passersby were thinking just by looking at the expressions on their faces.

'She's a mutant. She's one of those freaks.'

Of course she was a mutant; the white streak in her hair should have been a dead giveaway.

To most people, normal meant fitting in with the crowd. But to the girl known only as Rogue, normal meant being yourself.
