One girl and one imaginary friend.
And one more time there was the red-haired girl, totally busy with all stuff Mr. Herriman asked her to do. She was climbing up the stairs carrying three buckets with water and one broom, you can imagine the situation. She finished stucked on the fifth step.
- Oh man, mr. Harriman will pay me! "Mrs. Francis this, mrs. Francis that…" Next time I'll clean up the floor with his ears!
Just that moment one blue little guy appeared just to make fun of his friend.
- Talking alone, Frankie? You look a little freaked out this days, maybe you need some therapy… If I were you I'll look for someone, but you know, I'll never need this and…
- Blu! I don't need you here if you're going to make fun of me, ok?!
- See? You're freaked out! I'm getting out of here, I really don't want to get freaked out too… - so he got away laughing.
- Man, what's with him?! I'm with all this stuff and Blu comes here just for making me more crazy! Oh I deserve it!
Then she heard some steps behind her, but she couldn't know who was. All that stuff didn't let her turning around. So she listened a familiar voice.
- Frankie! - the steps speeded up – Oh my, look at all these stuff, are you ok? Do you need help? I mean, it seems so heavy, you should asked me some help!
Finally she could see who was the "angel" that came to help her.
- Oh, Wilt … - and there was he, with a worried smile in his face. Instead of he being a strange imaginary friend without an arm and a blind eye she liked him. He was simply special. – Oh, no, that's ok, you don't need to worry… And you must be in a hurry a don't want to interfere, to be a problem…
- Frankie, you'll never be problem, I just need to help a lady like you. Look at you, you can't even climb another step, you certainly need help! – He took two of the buckets she was carrying. – Ahn… I think the rest you can carry. So let's go… ahh… where you were going?
Frankie didn't reply. She was staring at Wilt. Staring so much that she didn't heard the question.
- Frankie? Frankie did you hear me?
- O-oh, sorry…I was going to the library… you know, to clean up the floor…
- Ok, so let's go. – He started climbing up the stairs with the red-haired girl behind him.
While walking she kept staring at him.
"Everybody may call him strange or even annoying with his habit of offering help for everyone and being so naïve…However I see this like a beautiful thing…"
- And here we are, Frankie!
- Thanks…
- That was nothing! I'm always here to help! If you need don't wait for calling me, ok? I'll help you for sure! I mean, if I weren't helping another imaginary friend but I'll do something! – He smiled and turned around to keep walking.
- Wilt! – Frankie shouted while he was already with his back for her.
- Yes? – He turned around to reply.
- Thanks.
- I've already said, that was nothing, I'll always help you!
- Not that. It's just… you're a really good person.
- Ah, c'mon… but… Thank you – he smiled.
- "That was nothing" – she smiled back.
- So… see'ya!
- Bye, bye…
After that each one kept on going their way with a big smile in their face.
