"The trouble with lies was that once started, the fiction had to be continued" - Elizabeth Aston

"Cedric Diggory is really cute, don't you think, Marietta?" Cho glanced over at her from where they were sat in the library, before going back to the boy across the library, studying hard.
{Oh Merlin, oh Merlin is this a test does she know she can't know did she catch me checking out Granger's fine ass oh no-}
"Yeah, definitely." Marietta nods, because she'll admit that Cedric was very nicely built and easy on the eyes but seeing as he is a boy and not a girl, Marietta isn't interested - but she can't tell Cho that. She isn't sure how her best friend would react to her being a lesbian. "He's really well, built, too."
"I know, right?" Cho nods. "Quidditch players have the best bodies."
Marrietta is forced to agree - it's true. Cho has a very nice body, and the Gryffindor chasers - damn.
"I mean, I've seen Cedric shirtless - most people have, he has a tendency to laps shirtless sometimes." Cho says. "And, well..." Cho tugged on her collar, blushing a bit and fanning herself. Marietta nods, but she doesn't mean it. She just has to keep up the lie while wishing Cho would look at her like she does Cedric. She won't, but she can still hope, right?
