The blue dragon wraps its long snake-like body around the pillar, slowly spiraling down from the darkness toward Zuko.
He sits, not really caring.
"You know," whispers the dragon in a familiar woman's voice, "you have suffered so much. It has made you strong. You deserve to rest now." The blue dragon's long, forked tongue flicks past his ear. "Just rest your eyes for a moment Zuko. You, above all else, are truly deserving."
He stares blankly ahead. The lids of his eyes seem heavier and his chin dips down toward his chest for a moment.
"No!" shouts a strong, old man's voice that is also familiar. It is the red dragon coming up beside him. "Do not listen to the blue dragon Zuko!"
Zuko's eyes drift over to the red dragon at his side.
"The red dragon cares not for your well being," hisses the blue dragon close to his ear. "The red dragon means to undermine you."
"The blue dragon lies!" roars the red dragon. "I am here to warn you Prince Zuko. The blue dragon will kill you in your sleep."
Zuko shakes his head wearily.
"I would never harm you Zuko," the blue dragon whispers. Hot breath caresses his ear.
"The blue dragon always lies." The red dragon has urgency in his voice. "Remember Prince Zuko. The blue dragon always lies."
Zuko turns to look at the blue dragon. He lifts his hand to rest it on the soft blue scales.
"Prince Zuko, do not forget, the blue dragon always lies." The red dragon's voice can be heard, but Zuko no longer sees.
"Sleep Zuko," lulls the blue dragon. "Sleep…"

Hello dear readers! This is just a quick message from ME, the author. I don't usually do this, but I found it best to take this precaution... I got a pointless review. It stated that this story isn't original (no duh) and that Zuko had this dream in the actual show, or something very close to it. Really? Gosh, I had no idea. Of course I knew. I wanted to write about it and I did. But this person had to comment like I had no idea. It was really annoying. And, I think it would be really stupid and pointless to try to discredit me by submitting another review like that. Thank you.
