Isis and Nero were ready. Chromis smiled with a wide, demonic grin. He knew that these two little pathetic warriors couldn't even come close to overthrowing the demon king, ESPECIALLY not in his own palace. Isis wasn't necessarily scared, but she was in fact worried. Not about herself, but about the fact that if they did succeed, if Nero and her did actually successfully overthrow the demon king (Which was a dream beyond the darkest voids of imagination), What would happen? The whole world would probably be thrown into total annihilation. both worlds. The Void, of course, which is where they are now, and the Tear in the Sky. Both worlds connected by a single rip in the sky, a single gash, where the physics and layout of the two worlds changed drastically between each other. You never who or what would jump thorough that vortex. Nero, on the other hand, was anxious. Growing up without a family, only being able to scavenge through the trash his whole life, wasn't exactly the best thing to be known for. He did once scale a 5 story building in about 15 seconds, but he'd done that type of stuff everyday since he could first was tall, lean, and very agile and strong, while Isis was very built, and fast. Chromis took a step towards them both. "I've been waiting to see you both." he said. "Sadly," Chromis continued, "It won't be a very long visit, or a splendid one at that." "We know you're just playing tricks with our mind, Chromis." Nero replied, "And it isn't going to work. You're just stalling while you pick up our essence and drain us of our power and strength." Nero was growing tired of seeing Chromis. He'd already seen him twice this week, and he had fled like a coward both times. They eventually tracked him back into his castle, which is what this dialogue is about. Nero was growing tired of his cowardly antics. He so badly wanted to just rip apart this man's head as revenge for killing his family. He let the best of his anger run through him like a rushing river. And without thinking, Nero, sword in hand, charged.
