"So, this is the old clock tower, huh?" the redhead asked me as we approached the ledge I usually lounged around on, eating sea salt icecream by myself.

"Y-yeah, do you like it?" I respond, twiddling my thumbs. "Hey Axel, don't you think you're a little close to the edge?"

"Actually, I'm not close enough," Axel sighed, and that's when I noticed he was crying. Tears were streaming down his face as he put one foot over the ledge.

"Axel, stop! I love you!" I scream as I try to grab him, but it's too late. He stepped over the edge.

"I love you, Roxy," Axel said as he fell, not even caring that he was about to die. That was all he wished for. The sweet bliss of death.

"Oh, God! No! Why?" I cried out as I saw his body make slam into the ground, making a sick and wet crunch. He noticed a slip of paper by his feet with his name on it. "What?"

"Dear My Little Blondie,

I'm sorry it had to come to this, but I couldn't stand living anymore. I know I should stay around for you but I can't. I'm dead now and it's not your fault. I hope you can forgive me. No one could have helped me after what I have been through. Torture, rape, abuse. You name it. It has happened to me. I should have been stronger for you. But how could I when you wouldn't even tell me you liked me more than a friend? I love you, Rox. It's too late now. Go live your life. Live it to the best of your ability. I'm sorry I had to leave you.

Love, Axe."
