A/N This is for cookies with milk at midnight's Dating a Death Eater Challenge. I chose Regulus and decided to pair him with my OC, who remains nameless and with no appearance. Have fun making her up in your head.

"Why are you up so late?" a voice drifted to me across the common room.

"Hello to you to. I'm finishing the Charms essay. What are you doing out so late?" I countered.

"The Charms essay? You mean the one that was assigned last week that was supposed to be 15 inches long?" he slipped into the couch besides me, looking over my shoulder.

"The very one."

"You are such a procrastinator." he told me, wrapping an arm around my shoulder before pulling me in to kiss me. I was caught up in the moment, kissing him back for a minute. I pushed him away.

"Yes, I am a procrastinator. And you aren't helping my case!" I exclaimed as he picked me up and set me in his lap.

"Who cares? Just fail on it."

"Says the person who gets straight O's on their O.W.L.'s." I rolled my eyes, picking my quill up before writing again. He began kissing my neck.

"Okay, seriously, either stop it and let me work or just go upstairs. I'm serious, Regulus. I have to get this done." I heard him sigh and felt the hot breath against the skin of my neck, causing me to shiver. He laughed and rested his head on my shoulder.

Amazingly, he was able to let me finish the essay. I relaxed, taking his left arm. I pushed his sleeve up and traced the Dark Mark with my fingertips.

"Why do you always trace that?" he asked harshly, ripping his arm away from my grasp.

"Because I get bored easily." I told him, turning to look at his face before he raised one of his eyebrows at me.

"It doesn't mean that you have to mess with it." he was pissed off at me, yet I didn't know why.

"It doesn't mean that you have to be a git about it. I've done that for a long time, what in the bloody hell is going on with you lately?"

"Nothing." He moved me off of his lap and began taking long strides towards the stairs.

"It's not nothing, tell me." I had to run to catch up with him, but I took his hand.

"Stop trying to know everything!" he exclaimed, yanking his hand away from mine before going up the stairs. I stood there for a minute, shaking my head before I gathered up my stuff, walking up the stairs so I could get some sleep. There was something going on with him, and I was going to find it out.
