"Man, do I just love nights like this." Norbert stated as he stretched his arm, relaxing on the couch as he had a huge bowl of buttery popcorn with him, with it raining outside as he could hear the rain hit the dam home for which he and his brother Daggett inhabited. "Just relaxing, having some hot popcorn, and watching weird science fiction movies while it's raining."

"You better give me some of that popcorn, Norby," Daggett stated as he popped in front of Norbert.

Norbert rolled his eyes as he smirked, placing some popcorn into his mouth. "Sorry, Dag, but you'll have to pop your own corn. This is mine."

"But that requires effort! I want the popcorn!" Daggett stated as he then jumped at Norbert, only to be smacked by Norbert's tail.

"Ah ah ah, Dag. Beggers can't be choosers." Norbert chuckled as he then ran off with the bowl of popcorn.

Daggett screamed with rage as he grabbed a hockey stick out of nowhere and began chasing Norbert all over the home, whacking various furniture in the way as he screamed angrily, his mouth foaming. All Norbert did was laugh as he knew that Daggett would never be able to catch him...

...except that Daggett managed to catch him, because Norbert went right into a net trap, the bowl of popcorn dropping out of his grasp as Daggett laughed, standing tall and proud underneath his older, yellow furred brother.

"Ha! Who says I ain't smart?" Daggett remarked as he chucked the hockey stick behind him, approaching the bowl of popcorn as he was hit in the face by the wooden plank he stepped on.

"You didn't think that I would let you go off easy, did you?" Norbert chuckled as he folded his arms together, biting his way through the net. "Adios, my young, dumb sibling!"

Daggett groaned in pain as he glanced back up, to see Norbert running off with the bowl of popcorn again. The brown furred, younger beaver screamed as he dashed after Norbert, with it continuing to rain as thunder boomed in the background.
