A/N 1: Just a little one shot I had running through my mind. Hope you guys enjoy. I have decided to edit this story a bit.

Gibbs without coffee

Tony was sitting at his desk waiting for Tim to decide he needed something out of his desk drawer. He had rigged a toy snake to jump out of Tim's drawer whenever he opened it. He couldn't wait for his junior agent to open his desk drawer and find the surprise he had hidden in the younger man's desk drawer earlier that morning.

Just as Gibbs walked back into the bullpen without a cup of coffee in his hand Tim decided to open his desk drawer and the snake popped out of the drawer at him, causing the younger agent to jump backwards away from his desk breathing heavily.

Tony was laughing hysterically at this point as Tim just stood there visibly shaken and glared at him. "Very mature Tony, what are you twelve years old?" Tim said taking slow, deep breaths trying to ward off the panic attack he could feel coming on.

"Yes Tony I agree with Tim. You have been acting like a middle school boy all week and it is only Wednesday" Ziva added.

"Come on McChicken, it was just a joke, you're not seriously afraid of a little toy snake are you?" Tony teased him.

"Yes actually I am; I was bitten by a snake when I was like eleven years old and to this day they still terrify me." Tim said.

"DiNozzo, stop with the middle school pranks and apologize to McGee and get rid of the toy snake or else" Gibbs threatened his senior field agent as he slapped the back of his head.

Tony rubbed the back of his head and decided he would fare much better just to do what his boss told him to do, so he went to McGee's desk and took the toy snake out of the drawer and put in his own desk drawer with only a little grumbling about the situation.

Some days I feel like a middle school principal with these people, especially Tony. Gibbs thought. "Tony go find me a cup of coffee before you start working on those cold cases."

"Yes boss" Tony said getting up to go towards the elevator. Dear Lord please let me find him a cup of coffee. I don't think I will survive the rest of the day with a caffeine deprived Gibbs.

"And don't even think about putting anything inside it or else" Gibbs threatened as Tony hurriedly exited the bullpen in search of a cup of coffee for Gibbs.

"Wouldn't even dream of it boss" Tony thought to himself.

The End
